New Album
The Libertines frontman, Peter Doherty is getting set to release his new solo album, “Felt Better Alive”. This new offering from Doherty will be out on the 16th May through Strap Originals and it marks the first solo project from him in almost a decade.
Available to stream now, the lead song on the new album is similarly titled “Felt Better Alive” and features a music video directed by renowned French director Rose Bosch. With this track, you can expect an energetic experience that embodies Peter’s own melodic approach and poetic narrative.
Mike Moore
The record was produced by Mike Moore, a seasoned friend well-known for his work with Baxter Dury and Liam Gallagher, in Doherty’s calm Normandy country house. The 12-track collection includes standout titles like “Calvados”, “Pot of Gold”, and “Out of Tune Balloon”. A limited-edition bonus disc, “Bootstrap Sessions”, will feature rare gems from Doherty’s early bootleg recordings between 2003 and 2007.
Collectors and fans alike can look forward to a variety of formats, including deluxe double vinyl, limited-edition coloured variants, cassette, and digital downloads. Exclusive signed items will also be available through Doherty’s official store
