A lot of people are asking the question, is Katy Perry’s new single ‘Never Really Over’ a copy of ‘Love You Like That’?
Moreover, ‘Love You Like That’ is a song by Norwegian singer Dagny and was released in 2017.
Having listened to both tracks, it is clear to see the similarities. However a lawsuit is not expected because Dagny and her team knew exactly what was going on and were recognised for their work by Perry and her team.
Speaking to BBC Radio 1, Dagny said. “It was the start of this year that suddenly there was a call from Katy’s team. They said ‘Hey, we’ve made a version of Love You Like That and we want to give credit where credit’s due’.
