Ellie Goulding is swiftly moving towards her third UK number one album this week with her latest release ‘Brightest Blue’.
The singer who has hit the top spot twice before is on track to blagging her third triumphant title. The album is currently the biggest album of the week and is climbing rapidly. It will be her first number one album in 8 years with her narrowly missing out in 2015 with ‘Delirium’.
But, the album chart has a habit of regularly changing; therefore, Ellie is not home and dry just yet. Also, the album which is putting the pressure on is Bob Dylan’s 39th studio album ‘Rough and Rowdy’ which is seeing massive traction since its vinyl release.
Fans
Nevertheless, Ellie fans are loving her latest release. One wrote “that new Ellie Goulding album (brightest blue) is so good. Wow. I was pleasantly surprised.”
Another said “If you are a music lover. Well, this is the album for you. There are songs for all kinds of moods. There are highs and lows. Well written great vocals. All you need from any musician @elliegoulding opens her heart up to the world.”
It is not just the fans, though who is right behind this release. All of us here at GSGM also believe that ‘Brightest Eyes’ could quite easily be the best and more profound release yet from the pop singer who initially found fame with ‘Under The Sheets’.
