Ariana Grande had to cancel two shows on her tour due to allergic reaction to tomatoes.
Furthermore, the ‘7 Rings’ singer wrote: “We discovered ….. that ….. i had an unfortunate allergic reaction to tomatoes. Still feels like i’m swallowing a cactus but slowly making progress. There is NOTHING MORE UNFAIR THAN AN ITALIAN WOMAN DEVELOPING AN ALLERGY TO TOMATOES IN HER MID TWENTIES”.
She also went on to write, “Can’t wait to get back to performing and to make it up… in November,”
After Grande published the status, fans instantly began hating tomatoes.
One user wrote: “Boycott tomatoes! They hurt @ArianaGrande,” Victoria Byrd tweeted, while Instagram user @newmovesmike created the hashtag “#DeathToTomatoes.”
Another said: “@ArianaGrande is allergic to tomatoes so I am allergic to tomatoes”.
